Its cooled by a fan mounted under the stepper, it will be the tension on the filament. Check out the forum all the answers are there. Oh and welcome to the rapide lite 200 club 
Check that the cooling fan under the stepper is on all the time. If not then that is your problem.
Hi… IT Guru here. They blocked my account in this community. No idea why.
But just to update. It worked after setting bed temp to 70c. Also learned the trick to get filament into nozzle thru roller. Earlier it was coming out and was not getting in inside nozzle.
