Got my NinjaFlex tires working! Here is one in-progress to show the infill. I had some bridging problems when I did concentric layers on the shell, but switched to parallel lines and it is great. 4% infill was enough to support the shell while still leaving the tires flexible.
Nice. Great to see one in progress, what slicer are you using?
CraftWare. It really was a pain to get the ninjaflex right, but now it is consistent and the tires are absolutely perfect. The infill gives just enough bridging while still keeping the tires squishy.
@Matt_Roche Why Craftware and not something else? I used to run Cura (for my Printrbot), then got a FFCP which didn’t play nicely with code files required for some reason and ended up investing in Simplify3D, very happy with the software…just haven’t had great success with Ninjaflex…
I have a CraftBot and it was just so simple to use them together. love the craftbot
@Matt_Roche got it, didn’t realize they were making printers. Good to know.
@Matt_Roche Thanks for sharing!
