Got the treat nacelle together. If I build another I’ll slow the print to see if it helps with the variances in the parts. Hope to habe it going thus weekend.
Interesting… supposing the 3D model uses normal circles with eqal diameters, it looks like the X- and Y-axes (if Z-axis is vertical) have slightly different travel distances for the same amout of steps (guessing that you assembled the part from several separate ring modules?).
Have you tried to print a flat cube and measure the X- and Y-sides? Maybe you need to apply a small scaling factor in one (or maybe both) directions…
