Any reason for going with the old style (v4) heatsink with the thicker fins?

aaah, everything looks so nice in place :slight_smile: Speaking of assembly - did you glue the parts together? I have been reading some reports on people assembling lasercut frames, Printrbots and the like, and many say the nuts loosen work - and vibration - starts.
And with an E3D! The hotend I am enviously looking at for a very long time already. Sanjay, you did such a great job with it.
