No, FastLED is not supported on any of the PIC micro controllers.
Supported platforms include most of the official hardware from Arduino, http://pjrc.com’s teensy2/3 platforms (the teensy 3.x is a favorite amongst FastLED users), the rfduino (and with a bit of juggling, other Nordic nrf51822 based devices), the particle sparkcore and photon, and any number of other avr based devices - there’s a list here: https://github.com/FastLED/FastLED/wiki/Overview
(There are a number of technical, and non-technical, reasons why FastLED is unlikely to ever get ported to any of the PIC based platforms)
