Great news - Ultimaker finally fixed Cura to work with smoothieware in their latest release 3.3.0 beta! You can finally print via USB.
Your ass needs to show up to #MRRF one of these years! Only exposure I get to your printer is through Cohesion3D and @raykholo showing that one off.
