Kurt: An archive and restore widget(under development) is available, see this How to: https://github.com/synthetos/TinyG/wiki/Chilipeppr-Archive-and-Restore-Parameters-for-tinyG
Note - you must be in mm mode for this to work properly.

I just experienced this same thing. Same part has run fine for the last two weeks. Tonight it started to run fine and then went totally crazy. I tired it three times and it messed up all three times. No changes to the machine or softare at all. I am running 440.18 and 1.80. Strange is we are both running Vetric sofware and TinyG post processor. I don’t get why the same part ran many many times without any failures and now it will not. Any ideas?
Change your FW and should be ok , that is what fixed my tinyg
