Had a good laugh to myself this morning.
Thought I’d post.
I never have any luck with 3d tabs…
Yeah, while we were working on the model design back in the day, and I tried to make an exploded view of the of the X/Z carriage to help in assembly. I couldn’t figure a good way to show that many wheels and bearings in space. It looked like someone put an M80 firecracker in the warehouse bin of V-Wheels and set it off
I don’t think you have a shortage of wheels… that’s for sure
May I ask the particulars of speeds, feeds, depth of cuts and what bit is used?
@Colin_Kaminski travel at 600mm/m dive at 6mm/m .6 mm DoC
Smw3D’s 4mm single flute end mill.
@Brandon_Satterfield Thank you! I am going to cut some aluminum this week.
@Brandon_Satterfield you might want to mention the spindle speed for the last piece of the recipe puzzle
@Eclsnowman true! Sorry forgot that part.
15k Rpm above.
Actually that brings up another question. How does the speed relate to the display? Does the display show frequency in Hz? Is it a two pole motor?
