Had a lot of old, crap-quality ABS to get rid of, a REALLY messy desk, and a machine needing a challenge, so I designed and printed this tool holder.
–Approx 180mm^3 for print volume
–Makergeeks White ABS
–0.25mm Layer Height
–245c Nozzle, 110c Bed, ~35c chamber (passively heated)
–40 hour print
The print came out alright given the size of the object and the fact that I decided to print it out of ABS. It was then touched up with some ABS Slurry, sanded, and coated with PlastiDip to give it the extra durability. Design is on YouMagine with the link in the comments below.
