The moment that it becomes feasible to print gold jewelry, women will ALL decide that they MUST have a 3D printer (and a few bars of gold to go with it).

In my case the step from desktop drawing/cad to gold is not far. My dad is a goldsmith and has all the items required to cast in gold or silver.

Once I figure out what I want, totally plan to order some prints in gold (from a service) & get some custom stuff done. However, I have a long way to go when it comes to designing in 3D programs before I’m ready for that.

I printed this object for my 11 yrs old son - he was really stoked. I also tried to print one scaled down 1/2 but it became too small
