To do stuff like make plates to print or just re-orientate objects and so on?

It’s really just a plater/orientation app. Not that special really. And it’s difficult to find - no installed links that I could find by default, I had to go to the windows store to open it.

I’ve used it. It is especially good at mashing up two or more prints

Hoping to use it as an alternative to Skanect.

@ThantiK all you have to do is hit the “all apps” button at the bottom of Start menu and it is the top app…

Hmmm… I gotta watch it. It likes to save in .3mf mode. Plus it thought the models needed fixing so I had it do that. We’ll how that works out.
I do like the “Lay Flat” button to make sure it’s flat on the bed. I didn’t see anywhere to change the bed dimensions.

@djC653 , maybe from a fresh install it is; it’s not in that list on my machine. Upgraded from 8.1 on my mothers laptop. Linux on all my machines, so I admit to not having much experience with it.

it only prints to “supported” printers or online services. From what I saw when I looked at it its a bit like 123D. It does seem like it has potential to be nice but im not about to buy a makerbot( or whatever they support) to be able to use it.

@Michael_Scholtz , one of those supported printers IIRC is the Printrbot.

@ThantiK Interesting thank you.

So what will slice a .3mf file so I can print it on my delta w/ Azteeg1 and PronterFace?
