Has anybody considered printing A arms and bulkheads using the Taulman 618 or 645

Has anybody considered printing A arms and bulkheads using the Taulman 618 or 645 Nylon?

Seems like a very appropriate material

Ive been thinking some mix of nylon / another material is optimal. I would like to know exactly what RPM uses for their parts. Those things never break. I thought they were nylon but apparently not. (the food safe one willl be expensive)

It’s been over 20 years since I last drove my Schumacher Cougar. Since then we’ve developed LiPo and brushless motors, not sure the actual A arms are much different since then.

I’m intruiged to buy a spool of Taulman just to see what it handles like for suspension arms.

I’m giving nylon another go but it’s a pain in the a*s to print.
