Has anyone compared Slicer print results to Autodesk’s MeshMixer? Just installed 123Design and it asked to install MeshMixer too. I’m curious how well each handles G-code.

Slic3r and Meshmixer are tools for different tasks - a slicer produces the gcode your printer reads, Meshmixer produces .stls that your slicer reads.
Ah, thanks for the clarification! Hadn’t used Meshmixer before, and from Autodesk’s description it sounded like it was a Slic3r replacer.
That being said, both can generate support structures for your models. Each software uses its unique approach, and while Meshmixer’s supports can work better for some models, there are also applications where they are nearly useless.
