Has anyone had issues with Cura filling in holes on multiple objects? I have both “Union Overlapping Volumes” and “Remove all Holes” NOT checked. If I have a single object loaded it is fine and slices it with the hole intact. If I multiple selected model or even just load more copies in, it fills in the holes on all of the models. It is like when you load in multiple models it defaults to Remove all holes and will not let you change it. I ended up having to run 4 separate prints to print what I needed. The item in question was a leveling knob for the CR-10S.
It’s possible the file has errors that’s causing Cura to fill holes. Try running it through the repair process in Netfabb Basic
@Adam_Steinmark Thanks, that ended up being the issue. Cura would print the single fine, but decided to “help” me and fix it when there was multiple models. Reminds me of MS Word “helping” me with formatting.
Happy I could help
Slicers can only go so far to make sense of a faulty model, in this case, multiple parts probably confused it just a bit too much.
