Has anyone here printed this? I downloaded the model but it’s so broken that meshmixer can’t fix it

If you are on windows the 3d tool that comes with it makes a good job in repairing STL files.
Try either netfabb’s online repair service, or if you have windows 10, try repairing it in 3dbuilder.

The result looks promising! Definitely didnt break it like meshmixer did. I tried repairing it and half the model disappeared lol
Try a different slicer. Simplify3d has no problems slicing this thing.
I tried various programs to fix it and printed with S3D, now it has a 12v LED light inside and hangs outside. Looks great. black with trans orange. missing/deleted image from Google+

You don’t need simplify3d. Slic3r (prusa edition) is able to easily open it after having run it through windows 10’s 3dbuilder app.
Yeah that’s what I ended up doing. I had never used the 3d builder app before it works wonders!
