Has anyone here set up a Berd air max v2 pump on a duet wifi board? What am i doing wrong?? I cant get this pump to work for the life of me.
I am not familiar with the setup, but from the picture, it looks to me like the flyback diode is connected the wrong way round. This will result in no current going to the motor - not to mention shorting out the supply.
Thanks for the input. I got it all up in running earlier today. Turns out it was the fly back diode being installed in correctly. As well as one of the cables bring connected too the PSU’s earth instead of ground.
To prevent all kind of troubles, and to make measuring a bit simpler, you should connect the psu’s earth to ground. That way when you need to measure something, you can simply connect the minus probe of your dmm to the chassis.
