Has anyone managed to get in contact with somebody of the ares team lately?
No, I was told about two months ago they’d be getting back with me. My effector platform was 3D printed and not machined as well as a few other small items, but they haven’t replied. Granted it took several months of trying before I even got my first reply.

Not sure if this helps your case, but I ran across this effector a while ago. I don’t know if I would ever need it, but thought it would be a good spare to have. After receiving it, I can say it matches exactly what I have on the stock Ares.

Hello Eli, this group seems to be quite inactive. Some have attempted to contact Easyarts without success. You can certainly join the group but you would need to go to easyarts website to see about buying a printer. Or, someone might be willing to sell you theirs. Good luck and welcome.
