Has anyone recently gotten a successful order from @MakerGeeks ? I placed an order for PLA back on February 26th. After contacting support several times, they repeatedly promise my order will ship out in a few days. I’ve now waited 65 days. Anyone else have similar or opposite experience?
I just got an order of PETG from them a week-ish ago, it arrived about five days after ordering.
I ordered several spools of PETG quite a while ago, 5 came in within a week; but, the last one took so long I had forgotten about it (many, many weeks). When it came it was like Christmas! They say a lot of their filament is somewhat made to order - you might be waiting until they collect enough orders of that particular material/color combination to make a run.
I also ordered their cheap grab bag of colors, so I got whatever was on hand which I’m sure sped stuff up.
I’ve only placed one order with them and it came right on time almost down to the predicted hour. I’ve liked their filament so far and I’m sad that people have been having problems with them lately.
Probably growing pains. The bad news is likely good news for them 
An order for a delta 3D printer kit placed in mid April of last year for a birthday at the end of May, arrived at the end of June, missing the heated print bed add on I was charged for. The kit made no sense, no instructions, no firmware, and all the parts were wrapped in Chinese newspaper. Turns out, it was this - http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2015-k800-Newest-Self-assembly-kossel-printer-k800-3D-printer-delta-printer-Reprap/32282584168.html?spm=0.0.0.0.v2QALy - with the Chinese shipping label replaced with a domestic one, and a $500 markup. Knock off, poorly constructed controller boards, a power brick with a Chinese plug, no converter, and very little info from the seller, except a PDF of build instructions, translated from Chinese by what I suspect was just a copy-paste with Google translate, except for the text on photos, which were taken by a low end cell phone camera in poor light and obviously in someone’s bedroom. Almost a year later and it still doesn’t work.
I had an excellent experience with them…
They make amazing filament, but ordered from them 2 different times it’s it’s been delayed both times. The second time it took over a month to receive. I would keep on top of them about it. At this point I would only order from them knowing it’s going to take many weeks to receive their filament.
Luck of the draw I guess, my experience did not make me a fan, and I avoid them now.
