Has anyone run into a FastLED simulator? Would love to prototype patterns on screen before committing to hardware. It’s a stretch, but I had to ask.
This was my attempt a few years ago. It looks pretty, but I’m not sure it’s really that useful. Still requires an actual board to be used because it’s creating the LED data on the board as normal, but sends the data to be displayed on the computer instead of pixels. Colors can look a lot different on a computer screen vs actual pixels too.
