Has anyone seen this happen in Repetier? The 3D view that shows printing status stops showing filament trace and shows a wireframe. More importantly, has anyone found a workaround/fix? Thanks in advance.
Yep, it’s a processor load contingency mechanism. It kicks in if repetier thinks you might max out your processor thereby impinging on its ability to spit out Gcode. You can disable it in options somewhere.
@Tim_Rastall thanks for the insight! Knowing what to look for, I found it in Config > General Repetier settings > Behavior > Disable Quality Reduction. I will try that.
