Has anyone used an Electric Imp?

I am thinking of a project that needs to be IoT-capable and I can’t think of another way of easily getting an end-user to connect the device to the internet without an Ethernet cable.

For someone used to $2 bluetooth modules, they are eye-wateringly expensive, but in the scheme of things, I can build it into the price and it will add real value.

Nowt? OK then - @Daniel_Garcia , what’s happening about the Spark Core? Any closer to being able to run FASTLed on one of those?

I know I can interface an Imp to an Arduino running FASTLed, and I assume I can do the same with a Spark Core, but I am all for simplification.
