Has anyone used theLerdge-X controller board? Any info on it?
Ive used the lerdge s board . very similar. easy to set up and use. good options for drivers. performance is great.
@Accel_erate Can you give any info about the firmware its running, or any documentation? I am willing to buy one… but am not confident if it will be worthwhile…
I don’t think the firmware is open source. I don’t know if that matters to you or not. The board and screen certainly looks nice.
Mine is running version 2.0.6. I updated mine using the on screen menu and the files written to the SD card ready to flash and it updated very easily. if you go directly to the Lerdge web site they have the X board documented very well. Loads of examples and how to set up. Great little board.
@Nilayan_Paul Hi - it is a great board and will improve any printer that was previously running an older 8bit board. All depend what you want it for
