Has one one tried making and die cutting board on cnc?
In the video they make two parts. Do they then fold it together?
I want to try making a die cutting board on the CNC since I don’t have the laser that can cut through 0.5 inch plywood. The rule I will have is 2pt and 3pt. and if I were to use 1mm bit I will either burn it or brake it.

I have a bundle of die knife stock just waiting for the right project. I’d probably use it in conjunction with cnc cut printing blocks.

@Joshua_D_Johnson I just bought steel rule bender and notching machine along with about 1000ft of steel rule (different size). The cutter I already have, a friend of mine gave it to me.
I want to make die cutting board to make gaskets. I have sometimes friends asking me if it’s possible to make those but since I don’t have tools I could not help them.
But now I will be able to make those =)
Have you tried cutting the plywood for the die-board? I want to learn the process.
