Have any one tried making fashion designs such as a tie or scarf with their 3D printers? What would be the most recommended brand printer for this sort of task? Thanks

I have a couple 3d printed bowties that I have worn many times. I would like to add some leds to the next one but am so busy that it will be awhile. People seem to either love them or hate them.

I’m not sure a “recommended brand” is what you’re looking for. Most extrusion based filament printers work more or less in the same way. You’d probably want to identify the type of filament material you intend to use and then make sure the printer you buy/build can use it effectively.
