@Scottie_D369 - it’s a test enclosure. It’s going to be built up and run under normal conditions for a while even before I put them to market. Above is just a mock up.
@Jean-Francois_Talbot nope, just progressively sanded down to 800 grit, stained, then waxed.

Well I am telling you were it is going to fail. Might work for norms but Cloud chasers will melt that thing. Trust me been there done that.
@Scottie_D369 - fully aware. I do this for a living. They’re destined to be my high end mod, so they should be fine. What you see above is basically a promo piece and will be a personal box (Unreg Series). The full model will be powered by the SmartPWM board.
Also, if you’ve not heard of Foggin’ Sailor look them up, similar thing. The standard enclosures are PETG, I’ve had the 510 at stupid temps on those (Soldering to the nut needs huge amounts of heat) and they’re fine.

@Luis_Diaz - just an indoor furniture wax. You can treat the finished product like wood, which is exactly what I have done.
