Have some wire pr0n. Under the hood of the #AX-02 Delta. I still need to print covers for the SSRs (1 is the bed , the other is mains switching via M80/M81) but apart from that It’s pretty much done.
It’s now also running the NSTT Geared extruder (NSTT Extruder by Paciente8159 - Thingiverse), think printed E3D Titan with a MK8 drive gear. It’s making me think I should add a Titan to it.
The thingiverse page says supports are needed for the NSTT printed parts, what did you find when you printed the parts?
@raykholo , mainly the idler arm and any nut traps, it’s not too much, tbh
The main issues are the gears, which are a bitch to get right. My small gear still isn’t correct but it still works
I’ve been wanting to make my own Titan for a while. I could get the small stuff SLA’d if you think that would help. I also have 0.25mm nozzles. Thoughts?

Also do you have any feedback for improvement or concerns about the design? I’m bummed he made it in sketchup, I was looking forward to fiddling.
Ah I missed that, it’ll be why when I asked for a STEP file he linked me to a conversion to solid from STL guide.
Feedback would be that he doesn’t know what a print tolerance is, when I printed the parts on the FB2020, it was all out of whack being too tight apart from the gears.

Yeah, was looking at sorting it in FreeCAD
Inventor transfers into Fusion360. FreeCAD does not transfer into anywhere else.
I’m Linux based, so my choices are limited. It can still output STEP & IGES, though
Just re-printed the NSTT body as it had a small crack, which was causing some lumpyness in the gears. The other main issue I had was the filament guide being way too tight until I took a drill snd sandpaper to it. But it’s all pretty much sorted now.

Ax are you starting to find you prefer the Delta over your corexy’s?
Won’t be able to say properly until I have the Delta properly running and in the farm full time. The board is waiting to be replaced as it locks up and gets worse over time until I have to pull the SD card, remove everything on it and refresh the config.
