Having a hard time printing this pla spring for a clock. How do you get solid infill on thin walls?

Increase the outer wall thickness in the slicer - if the spring is a consistent thickness, then use 1/2 that for the slicer’s wall thickness. There won’t be any gap to infil.

Slower speeds around perimeters would be a good idea. Increasing size of perimeters would be another. Also using a brim or raft might help as well. Am I helping in anyway? I wish you good luck!!!

i print all my clock springs in slic3r with concentric infill although i use s3d for most of my prints… s3d doesnt have concentric infill… also make sure the wall thickness is in multiples of extrusion width or the slicer will leave gaps…
