having extreme file problems - i am used to working with DXF for CNC routing machines and i know the file works perfectly as a DXF and all. However, when i use Adobe IL to create the file and or when i use the file in Inkscape, i get the same result with SVG no matter what file, svg file type or anything to do with svg at all… you can see the original part that i am trying to outline cut ( for a ZMR 250 quadcopter) but then you can see that it only ever selects the circles - same applies for the other parts of the fame, so i figured i’d just post this piece as it is the same problem throught all the parts - i have tried using single layers, and multiple layers, and single and multiple colours with the same resulting problem. i have tried DXF and it just about swears at me - even in R12 ASCII , following the steps and downloading the Design Scape Program too! however it is the same result :’( , that is if it even reads it, but DXF is not very friendly with LW i guess - hence why i pursued the SVG file format. Anyways, i followed the exact SVG steps from this link that was provided and still no luck - https://cncpro.yurl.ch/documentation/working-with-files/34-working-with-svg - so back to square one of frustration, hair pulling, teeeth grinding and crying in the fetal position with a mixture of anger and rage. So any help and or idea of what the heavens is going wrong would be appreciated.
Sam Please post an image of the LW desktop and how you have created that operation.
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty so still working with the small blue part - camera mount - the main shape just does not get picked up , it shows and i can select the individual lines , but when i select the whole layer, it only generates the Gcode for the circular cut-outs - seen in red
@sam_cv remove the filter fill black and try again. Also try without any free at all just to make sure. Seem it’s excluding something
