I need a new print host for my reprap as I get terrible prints with replicator host regardless of the settings I use any suggestions.
Most likely not the host, but your calibration. Print a calibration piece and post the parameters and pics here. People are REALLY helpful at figuring out the problems (helped me get mine printing nice).
Its the layer adhesion the layers are just too far away 
Sounds like you haven’t set your z height properly. No slicing engine will fix that
Yeah that was my first thought and I have been over and over it and checked it countless times but it fine when I manually control it to measure
There’s no way that manually controlling it is going to give you a different result than printing unless something is moving too fast and skipping steps or other such weirdness. You likely have a setting wrong in your firmware and need it corrected. All hosts send the same code to the controller. Changing hosts isn’t going to fix your problem.
Perhaps you’re underextruding. If your layers are too far away and your z is correct, perhaps you are severely underextruding. Also check your temperatures to make sure it’s hot enough
If the layers are too far away from each other, could it be that your steps per mm settings on the firmware for the Z axis are incorrect?
I use pronterface. Although I agree that replicator should work. Maybe its useful to check pronterface regardless
Did you mean repeteir host or replicator g?
Reporter host haha and I’m gonna check what happens if I change the steps per mm anyway
