Hello all! I just purchased 3DS Cube 3, as I got a real good deal on this that I good not ignore. I know all about the limitations of only being able to use their cartridges but I did find a firmware hack that does eliminate that issue. This is my first foray into 3D printing so as I gain experience I may eventually turn this into an open source printer by upgrading/replacing parts on it. Oh did I mention I acquired 12 new ones of them for the ridiculous price of $500? So there will be some to experiment with replacing the systemboard, firmware, etc. I am sure I will have plenty of newbie questions regarding printing and modding.
