it’s pretty cool looking, but you shouldn’t ever use wood like that. Wood does a great job of holding a load when it’s being compressed by the load, but a really shitty job when the load is hanging from it. Also, you’ll lose precision over time as humidity changes the shape of the poplar 
All excellent points @Tom_L .tho I ultimately intend #takai-san to do very Largeprints with a volcano 1mm hot end. The move to wood was a quick fix untill I can design a better effector and Delta carriages
