Hello,
all ok finally I made possible to test first job… now I have another problem with the size…
I’m using a a5 laser engraver… first test came too big even if all is set ok. After I had a suggestion: type $$ and change $100 and $101 both from 250 to 80
Now I get an image with wrong proportions… I try to do a test of a square and I get a rectangule, all images are “pressed” when engraved.
Screen shows it ok.
what’s wrong?
thank you
Post an image of said distortion
Type $$ in the console and post the complete result

I will assume that the distortion is on the Y axis per the image. You need to confirm that the correct value for $101=80. So do the following.
Place a mark in the current location of the Y axis plates then jog 100mm in the Y axis and measure the distance traveled. If it’s not 100mm then you need to calibrate that
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty original value for both 101 and 100 was 250… .do I put again it to 250?
No, do the procedure I said above. Yo can do it for both axis and make anotación for the distance
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty I’ve done it for both X and Y axis… it is ok
Really strange , can you post a screenshot of the LW operation generated ( the whole screen )
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty draw in the screen is perfect!!
If you can post the screenshot with the generated gcode
