3D Hubs for finding local hobbyists willing to 3D print models for other individuals. Prices vary.

Shapeways and other 3D printing services are an option, but generally more expensive I believe.

Also check to see if you have any local makerspaces in your area and some libraries / universities might have public access to 3D printers.
