Hello everyone, everything good?

Hello everyone, everything good?
I got a Chinese laser (Eleksmaker A3 2.5w/ Laserweb4 - Grbl v1.1), it is working very well, but for lack of experience of mine, I cannot engrave small logos in wood. I’ve already tried focus, laser power and speed adjust, but I can not get satisfactory results. To setup, I followed one from youtube (link below). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXHmOdObTvw&t=12s
I’m also attaching here 02 images, one is expected outcome and the other is the (very bad) result I’m getting. can anybody help me? Thank you and a hug to all.
NOTE: The file I am using is in dxf.

Post and image of the LaserWeb screen to see how are you setting up the operations

Don’t see your speed in the operation. Also that vector looks very low quality for being a dxf. Where did you created that? Post a screenshot without clicking the file

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty It was created in Autocad 2017.

I think it’s to small so you are almost burning twice in the same spot. The file does not look good to me, I’ve never seen a pixelated dxf

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty I did a lot of speed and laser power tests but none was satisfied. Some burned too much (like image), other less. But all of them waere unreadable.

If the file is not ok and to small then nothing will fix that

It is strange because, I am using the same file (dxf) from the first image that was engraved.
It is not that small (it is almost 2,00cm long and 0,5cm height).
See the original autocad (dwg) file.

Correcting, the word has 2mm height, not 5.

This looks like accelleration problems. Are you using M4 in the start gcode?
You could try with a raster image and raster engraving. Set the beam diameter 0.1mm and adjust the focus as good as you can. The beam diameter defines the pixel size at raster engraving.

I would also try filter stroke=red as in your autocad screenshot it looks clean but on previous ones in laserweb the image appears to have a flack hazy background. and the burn spots seem to be at start/end points, is the laser sitting for a sec before moving after firing?(spindle delay) and of course what @cprezzi says

@Domm434 thank you very much, I’ll try the filter stroke and also reduce the laser diameter like @cprezzi said.
Thank you both.

@Eduardo_Takada to do what Claudio said you need to load an image not an dxf file
