i already change to laser mode $32=1
and i set setting
laser power : 55 %
diameter : 0.12
cut rate : 1600
the result
I think your first image above is on the correct path. Have http://you.made sure that $100 and $101 are correct.? Seems you have a big gap between the lines.
Also you need to try other material.
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty
Yes i change them to 6000
and this material is wood … and i already change the material to papar thin from while same result … same big gap between the lines … and even i tryed be4 image vector and same lines i will att. image to u there is gap between lines and material is another wood
note ; that is my main problem when i engraving
@P_Mido read carefully the numbers I placed above, not the same numbers. This one deals with movement calibration
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty
U meen link u send
the problem can be because i useing maicrostepping ?!
@P_Mido not the link but yes the steps, are u sure your machine is moving the correct amount? If you jog 100mm does it move 100mm?
From here is playing with power, speed and material. There not magic number. Also preparing your image to the correct contrast will help
what u think about this try
setting is good ?!
Power : 60%
diameter : 0.1
cut rate : 350
material is wood 3 mil
Good, try to laser against the grain of the wood, so rotate plywood 90
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty
u meen the wood if he not have grain the engrave will be so good ?!
u meen now rotate the wood 90 Deg ?!
All wood has grain, some finer than other. Your engrave lines are parallel to the wood grain, try to do across
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty
can u show me the example u already made By wood be4 ?!
i men some image engraving
u made
Look at some old post of mine way back
@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty
can i ask question ?!
in $30=1000 this value of Max Of PMW !
i Must change it to get me better PMW Or just leave it ?!
I does not matter, just make sure in LW settings you have also 1000
Yeah … i have same value
But engrave now is its Okey better last time when i show u the Gap between Each Line right !
