Has anybody used ultimaker (not ultimaker 2) with cura and Ubuntu 14.04 and knows if it works?

I can’t test it my Ultimaker is coming next week. but cura the software for Ultimaker is available for ubuntu.

Ok, I tried it a year’s time ago with ubuntu hand it did not work very well. Hopefully now it works better, i hate to have to use windows Just for cura. Thanks for Reply!
