Hello! I am new here. I received a bunch of WS2811 strings today just in time for the holidays (300 LEDs) with the plan to put them on “Dad’s Tree”. We have different tastes in the house - so there is a tree where I have no say, and a tree that… well, I can have a bit of liberty. I have to say thanks to @Mark_Kriegsman referencing his Twinkle code. Its my first attempt and within a few hours, I am already very happy with what I see. I’m looking forward to finding any other tips… Thanks!

Yes I wonder what else will be on “Dad’s tree” :-). I am somewhat restrictive when it comes to my husband trying to add his decorating input with various brewerania and football good luck charms. But I let him display his talking Enterprise ornament front and center, and all of his Patriots talismans off to the back
