Hello, I am new to this of 3D printers and I have a problem the truth is that I have seen several pages of internet without success at the time of printing the tip of the extruder comes to collide with the print you can see the car where the extruder is tilted up someone could support me with a tip or something to correct this in advance thank you very much
Hi Luis, I’m having a bit of trouble understanding your issue, could you post a picture of the issue as well as some information about the machine you’re using?
If the extruder is bumping the print… make sure that the Z and X axis are calibrated… and that there are no bends in the rods, chips in the threads, cracks on any of the housings, and the carriage/nozzle fixture is not bent. Then watch to make sure the first layer remains adhered periodically. If it doesn’t, there are lots of pages with tips on ensuring first layer adhesion.
