Hello. I'm using a CNC 320 mm M6 stainless steel lead screw & anti-backlash

Hello.
I’m using a CNC 320 mm M6 stainless steel lead screw & anti-backlash delrin nut from this store for the z-axis.

http://www.qtecstore.com/pages/leadscrew_nuts/6mm_leadscrew_nuts/6mm_320_leadscrew_nut/page.html

The problem is, when i gave a 20mm tower calibration print, the print is not exactly 20mm height (it is around 19.65mm). I also tried adjusting the backlash nut which is provided with the delrin nut but the results are the same! I am using 3200 steps/mm for z axis.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Adjust your steps/mm for Z.
3257 for example. (20/19,65)*3200

Keep in mind that you usually “squash” your first layer to make it stick better, if you print with 0.2mm layers i’d guess that could cause a ~0.1mm error in height.
