Hello this is my first posting,

Hello this is my first posting, I am currently building my F1 car and i believe the steering system could be improved by using a single connection from the servo saver to the steering hub, then a tie rod between the two wheel hubs. I think this design would take out some bump steer for people using suspension, and prevent the front wheels from turning past lock. I don't have any CAD software on hand, but when i get a chance to ill make the assembly to share unless someone beats me to it. I'll need to check for clearance as the parts move and maybe rework a steering hub to fit two layers of moving parts. Anyway here is a sketch of my little design rework. It might need to step back to clear the BOM block like i tried to draw at the very bottom.

I’ll update when there is progress to report!

Perhaps model it up and add in Ackerman steering geometry to the mix?

I like the idea. I think it is a good one.
