Hello to every body! I am planning to build my own Truggy car. Following the BOM(https://github.com/bryancostanich/OpenRC/blob/master/Truggy/BOM.md ) I estimate a price of 395.79€, I think it is a bit expensive. Is that true? Or I have make a mistake?
Also, I have a 3Dprinter and I am a bit loose with the things I have to print. I have to print all the files here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42198 .
There are also some .stl https://github.com/bryancostanich/OpenRC/tree/master/Truggy/Components in the github repository, but I think they are less than in the thingiverse. Some one help?
Thanks!
@Silvia_Nunez The files on Thingiverse are never than the ones on Github atm, I did an update just a few days ago.

I would say that’s way too expensive. we have done lots of sourcing on the wiki (http://openrcproject.com ) that will help you find cheaper parts. Also, there is a printing BOM on github, it tells you how much of each part to print.

i’m also about to launch a new robotics project that dovetails into the OpenRC project nicely.
