Hi, I’m using Smoothieboard to control my RepRap 3D printer, everything run well, bed and extruder can heat, temperature is controlable, X-Y-Z is moving right direction, endstop can work!
But when I put file to print, the extruder always moves too far from bed (around 1mm), so it can not print. Each layer, seems like it moves too far too, even I set in Slic3r is 0.1mm per layer.
I’m sure that I moved the extruder really close to the bed, and set it is home for all axis. Please help!
Here are my 3D printer information:
Belt driven systems: X and Y axis
Stepper motor: 1.8 degrees.
Belt pitch: 5mm.
Pulley tooth count: 12.
Leadscrew driven systems: Z axis
Stepper motor: 1.8 degrees.
Leadscrew pitch: 1.25
And here is the config in my board
