Help Needed, Chinese 500W Spindle RPM Does not Reach High End Limit!

I have a 500W air cooled spindle that has a rating of 5500-12000rpm. I bought this from Bangood as a kit but I’ve replaced the power supply with my own 48V. I also replaced the motor controller with a PWM controller. https://www.inventables.com/technologies/spindle-speed-controller

I can’t get the RPM to go above 5000(+/-) RPM regardless of SXXXX command.

Both the input and output voltage of the PWM controller read 48V (+/-) to the spindle.

Here are my settings:

This spindle is 100VDC, 48V isn’t enought

In my case, I tempered with my electronics to provide 100v. The motor power provider come with Youngyu has higher power ratings than 100v, so I added my own transformer to reach 100v.

I just read your product link and found following sentences:"
But Please note that this set in our US warehouse is 220V AC and please make sure you know this.
" it seems that the unit you got requires 220v input unless you requested 110v version I guess? Have you measured the loaded idle output voltage applied to your spindle? (say the motor is turning, but no load applied)
