HELP!
Recently purchased a GS1903 chip (was sold as a 2811, but its not).

Using the RGB Calibrate i cannot get it to show any patterns AND when connected to power (12v) it gives white light.

Anyone come across these and possibly have a fix?

Try declaring the LEDs as UCS1903… It’s a supported chipset and might work

This is the closest
FastLED.addLeds<UCS1903, DATA_PIN, GRB>(leds, NUM_LEDS);

But still has a number of issues,
1: Order, 1R - 2B - 3G, close
2: Inconsistant, red will switch to green sometimes.
3: Anything else i do for code i get weird fluctuating flashes, like strobing effect.

Are the grounds from the LEDs and controller connected?

If they are, try declaring them as TM1804, unlikely to work but you never know.

If they’re not, connect them

For the colour order, simply swap blue and green. Define as BRG.

@glen_Dobranski , how’re you getting on with them?

Hey! Sorry for the delay, POWER SOURCE! it was a faulty Wall Wart!

GS1903 Works much like any other 1903 i believe. BGR is the order though

maybe you should at first to download ucs1903 led datasheet and gs1903 led datasheet to make sure your connecting of wire is correct.
