help smoothie led2 3 flashing

I can see smoothie com port ，can also access the sd
but i can’t connection Pronterface
What mean led 2 3 flashing
How do I troubleshoot

Led 2 and 3 flashing is normal.
Is Led 4 on ?

Did you install the windows driver ?
What card are you using ?

If I were a new tf card
copy firmware.bin & config.txt
restart smoothieboard
firmware was flashed successfully, the filename changed to FIRMWARE.CUR

So everything works fine now ?
