My current setting is
- smoothieboard beta
- 3 Nema 23 (60BYG301B) step motors
- 24V 14.6A 350W AC/DC PSU
The motor connected to the Y driver works smoothly.
The motors connected to the X and Z drivers loose steps and go back and forth.
I switched the motors from driver, to check if the problem was the motors, and they work fine in the Y driver.
Using higher speeds seems to atenuate the back and forth problem.
For instance, using G1 X10 F100 the back and forth is very clear, using G1 X10 F1000 the back and forth doesn’t happen but there are a lot of missed steps.
I’ve been really carefull in disconnecting the PSU before any motor connection.
I’d appreciate any help.
