Here are the images @Shauki and @Francis_Courchesne asked for. I am sure my models are good. They are exported directly from Creo, and this is a consistent thing. Im on the newest version of Simplify 2.1.1. But was in the last one too. You see the dots when you turn on retracts. The gaps in Repetier are where the coasts happen. Im wondering if Im not retracting fast enough maybe? Im at work so I cant show the exact model but I printed these on another printer with a proprietary slicer with no pimples or anything so Im sure thats not the case.
no those are retract points.
How are you disableing? Is that coast? I am using 2mm of coast now already and still getting the blobbing.
I might try that. I didnt realize thats what disable did. Id like to turn it off for z since I am using standard threaded rod.
