Hey all,
I am trying to drive several strips of WS2812 (neopixel) LEDs from a MKR1000 board and no matter which pins I attach to or what colors should be displayed everything is a pale green color. I saw some issues a year ago with timing and pin mapping’s but all of the fixes listed in the articles have been incorporated in the version (3.16 or earlier) of FastLED I am using.
I am developing on Arduino IDE 1.85 running on Windows Server 2016 with FastLED 3.16 for (as I said before) a MKR1000. These same sketches work on several other boards (Mega 2560, mini pro, NodeMCU ESP8266 v2, teensy 3.2) so I am sure it is not my code. Has anyone successfully utilized this board with FastLED and is there something I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
I should mention I have tried 2 different logical level shifters and do have 200ohm resistors between the output of the shifter and the Data In of the strips. Any suggestions?
