Hey all, I have a question about tolerances.
I’m adapting 3DR parts to fit T-Slot profile 5 instead of profile 6 (which I can’t find anywhere). How much space should I leave so it would be tight, but I’ll be able to push the t-slot in?

Hm, I’d chamfer the end of the Tslot a bit and then leave 0.1mm clearance all around for a snug fit. Every pinter (and slic3r profile) is different, though, so you’ll have to experiment until you find a value that works for you.

Tagging in case @Richard_Horne hasn’t seen this.

I used 0.1mm outside and 0.1mm inside - so 0.2mm clearance overall should give a good fit, if your extruder is calibrated and your axis are square. It does not need to be really tight as they get locked in with a bolt.

Also it they are a little too tight, use a hair drier or heat gun (just a little) to relax the PLA and push them in.
