Hey all,
I’m trying to get Cura’s Pause-at-Z plugin to work. I have a Delta with the latest Marlin, and when it reaches the pause, it will move the head to the parking spot and then immediately resume printing.
Any ideas what is going on or how to fix it? Thanks.
What host are you using to send the gcode?
Pronterface. Does it matter?
Yes. If pronterface doesn’t handle the pause command correctly. Try an M0 (IIRC) and see if it sets the interface to a paused state.
I’ll try. I’ll also test with a different client, maybe repetier ?
Well, Cura has a built in host, so you could try that too.
Isn’t that based on pronterface?
Not that I’m aware of. But given that you’re trying to use a Pause on Z feature that’s a part of cura, it would suprise the hell out of me if they didn’t ensure that the built in host didn’t support it.
